Recently actress Kajal Aggarwal filed a petition against an oil company for using her name and images in their ads. According to petition, she was earlier signed up for a one year deal by the company but after the expiry date of the contract, the company kept using her pictures and name in their commercial.
Despite repeated requests they refused to remove it and this made the actress to seek help from the court. Recently after hearing the petition the court ordered the oil company not to use the actress name further.
