Simbu's cameo in Dhanush's Kakka Muttai !

Dhanush's upcoming production venture Kakka Muttai, which is produced under his banner Wunderbar Films will have Simbu's special cameo appearance. Simbu will appear as himself (actor) in the movie.

The film is jointly produced by Vetrimaaran's Grass Root Films and is directed by Manikandan. The movie based on kids dwelling in slums will wrap up the shoot by the end of the month.

Kakka Muttai has music score by GV Prakash and is expected to hit the screen by December this year. The team is very much excited and is confident of winning many awards post its release.

Dhanush as brand ambassador for a ‘Center Fresh’?

Offers and accolades are pouring in for Dhanush after the success of 'Raanjhanaa'. Interestingly Dhanush has also become a sought after star in the commercial advertising industry.

Popular brands are keen in roping in Dhanush as their brand ambassador and to use him in television commercials. His first endorsement deal was with Lux in which he will feature along with Sonam Kapoor.

Now, the actor is likely to sign a deal with popular confectionery manufacturer Perfetti Van Mella, for their widely known product in the market which is Center Fresh chewing gum. Earlier Dhanush has also endorsed for major brands like Parachute oil, Boost and Tata Nano.

After gaining popularity in India through his Kolaveri-Di, Raanjhnaa's success has made Dhanush an household name in the northern parts. Despite of this success, the actor hasn't signed any Bollywood project and is concentrating on his ongoing projects in Tamil.

AR Rahman sings for Dhanush!

For all the impatient AR Rahman fans, here’s some more-than-good news.The Mozart of Madras has rendered his voice for a song in the upcoming movie ‘Mariyaan‘.

The track is said to be a happy celebration sort of song, in the country genre, along the lines of ‘Elay Keechan‘ of Mani Ratnam‘s ‘Kadal‘. The song has been penned down by Dhanush himself.

The good news doesn’t end there. We hear that the album is a surprise package that has a never-before element. The album will be available for the eager ears soon.

Directed by Bharat Bala, ‘Mariyaan‘ is a movie on survival, starring Dhanush. Parvathi Menon plays the lead lady in the film that comprises multiple emotions, on the script of a young man being abducted to the crude conditions of Namibia, and his fight for survival. The team will have their audio launch soon.

Dhanush & Sonam Kapoor Raanjhnaa first look!

First look of the Sonam Kapoor and Dhanush in upcoming bollywood cinema Raanjhnaa stills. Dhanush’s ‘3’ on Feb 3!

One of the most eagerly awaited films is Aishwarya  Dhanush’s debut directorial venture 3. It stars her husband Dhanush along with Shruti Haasan.  Kolaveri  Di, the song that went viral composed by music director Anirudh is what has made 3 a phenomenon before release.

Now the latest trade winds indicate that 3 is slated for release on February 3.  The film which is produced by Dhanush's father Kasthuri Raja is hot in the market.

The film has Prabhu, Rohini, Sundar Ramu and Siva Karthikeyan in supporting roles. The audio of the film which was released by Sony Music is now topping the charts.

All this has created a big buzz around the film. Sony Music is throwing a 3 music success party for the media today (Jan 10).
