Divya’s secret boyfriend!

Until unless there is no last minute change in plans, Vaaranam Aayiram girl Ramya's until now kept secret boyfriend will be making his public appearance on April 12 in Bangalore. He is a Portugal-based industrialist and is landing in Bangalore to watch the IPL-4 match -Royal Challengers Bangalore.

Ramya disclosed that she is learning Portuguese and also spent some quality time earlier this year in the European country. They were rumors for quite sometime now about the actress that she is dating with the son of a liquor tycoon while some confess that she is entering wed lock with a young Gowda IAS officer.

Ramya says "He is going to be in Bangalore for the big match. He is generally media shy and very reserved person. His parents have a major market share in consumer electronics in Europe and his family is No 1 in consumer goods. In fact his father is known for his contribution to the Portuguese economy.

Recently the actress told to a leading newspaper that she has a boyfriend but they haven't decided on their marriage. Ramya is one of the brand ambassadors of the Royal Challengers Bangalore team.

Divya Spandana quitting films!

 

Divya Spandana the girl who made her mark in Tamil film industry with a remarkable performance in ‘Polladhavan’ opposite Dhanush has called it quits with the industry. The actress is believed to have twittered her decision, because she thinks her fans need to know her decisions first!

But why did Divya not think about her fans disappointment when they read about her sudden quitting films? 

The actress who was not available for comment tweeted in the name of Divya Spandana, her maiden name. All the actress said on twitter was “I am saying good bye to acting. I have no strength left.”  Divya has created a space for herself in the Tamil, Telugu and Kannada films but there have also been some unpleasant experiences the actress has had to face. 

On her signing off from films now there are reports that the actress had a tiff with the producer of her upcoming film 'Dandam Dashagunam', the Kannada remake of ‘Khakka Khakka’. There are also other stories revolving around that Ms. Spandana might get married. But since the lady in question is not available for comment nothing has been confirmed yet.

Divya has always been known for being very frank and straight forward by her close circle. So Divya, the best you could do for your fans right now might be to just come out make an open statement so that the grill mills can stop churning untrue stories.

Divya’s rude behavior

Divya Spandana’s rude behavior during the shooting of the Kannada film Just Maath Maathalli seems to have irked the dancers. This is not the first time that the actress is making it to the headlines for her rude behavior. A few days ago, she got into an argument with the media persons during a press meet resulting in the press boycotting the meeting.

Sources from the film unit say that Divya’s behavior while filming a song was so rude that the dancers and the choreographer were shocked. The actress also threatened to walk out of the shoot if the song was not re-shot.

The Karnataka Choreographers and Dancers’ Association complained about this to the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce and she was finally made to apologize to the association.

Divya's No to multistarrers

Actress Divya Spandana, who was offered the heroine role in Jeeva-Srikanth starrer Drohi, says she wasn’t inclined to take up the role. Ask her why and she immediately says it is because she has a policy against doing a double-heroine subject. ‘Vaaranam Aayiram’, the actress immediately points out, was only an exception as her character turned out to be the most important of the three. Yet another reason was also that the role required her to play mum and daughter, a move she decided against in this stage of her career.

The actress, who is currently working in Milind Rau’s ‘Kadhal 2 Kalyanam’, says she is eyeing the top slot in Kollywood and is working hard to get herself an identity here. For this, the actress contends that a double heroine subject does not help and so, she has decided against starring in them. After working in ‘Kadhal 2 Kalyanam’, the actress will pair up with Jeeva in his next flick, ‘Singam Puli’.
