Sandhya pairs with Sakthi

The movie titled "Mahesh, Sandhya Mattum palar" starring Sakthi,Sandhya and this is a action based love story.The unit of "Mahesh, Sandhya Mattum palar" team is leaving for Switzerland to shoot three songs.

“The talkie portion is complete and what remain are the songs”, said a source close to the unit. The film has shaped out well as a cute love story. Director Ravi denies reports in the media that his film is inspired from the Bollywood hit Jab We Met.

The songs tuned by Vidyasagar are a major highlight in the film and it will be choreographed by Chinni Prakash on snow capped Swiss mountains and other country side locales. Sandhya has gone for an all-new look and she looks chic in clothes designed by Ramji’s wife Amritha Rao. There is lot of comedy in this love story and the buzz is that there is no villain, vulgarity or crass item numbers as the film promises to be a clean entertainer for the youth and family.All the best.

Actress Sandya’s agrees for villanous roles

Sandya, who portrayed a middle-aged woman in the climax of her debut movie Kadhal, has no qualms about playing characters that are older than her age. Even in Thoondil, she played a mother. She has no reservations about playing negative characters either. In fact, she was quite happy because she had agreed to do a villainous role in D17, a Malayalam movie. But now, the shooting of the movie has been stalled, which has depressed Sandya. She said that she always wanted to experiment with different types of roles. She liked being versatile when it came to playing roles in movies, rather than being the typical Indian heroine who either has the responsibility of looking good, or showing glamour, or becoming a tear-jerker. Since D17 got stalled, Sandya has decided to sublimate her disappointment into a high-class performance in Magesh, Saranya mattrum palar.
