Ajith's Billa 2 teaser as unveiled on the 13th of April 2012 on the festive occasion of Tamil News Year's Day and the video is getting lots of accolades.
The teaser which was released on Youtube, has so far reached over 4 million views in just three days. The film directed by Chakri Toleti is produced by Suresh Balaje, George Pius, Sunir Khetrapal, under the banner of Wide Angle Creations & IN Entertainment.
There has been numerous comments by the fans of Thala Ajith, who are raving about the video and praising their favorite star. The film with the tag line everyman has a past, every Don a history is a prequel to the earlier Billa directed by Vishnuvardhan (which was again a remake of Rajinikanth's Billa 1980, which again is the remake of the Hindi film Don starring Amitabh Bachchan).
The film talks about how David became the dreaded international Don - Billa. With Yuvan Shankar Raja's music, Parvathy Omanakuttan and Bruna Abdullah plays female leads, while Vidyut Jamwal (of Force fame) plays the villain.
Other supporting cast of Billa 2 include Prabhu,Rahman, Sudhanshu Pandey, Manoj K. Jayan, Krishna Kumar, Sriman, Sricharan, Yog Japee, while Gabriela Bertante & Meenakshi Dixit makes special song appearances.
