AR Rahman sings for Dhanush!

For all the impatient AR Rahman fans, here’s some more-than-good news.The Mozart of Madras has rendered his voice for a song in the upcoming movie ‘Mariyaan‘.

The track is said to be a happy celebration sort of song, in the country genre, along the lines of ‘Elay Keechan‘ of Mani Ratnam‘s ‘Kadal‘. The song has been penned down by Dhanush himself.

The good news doesn’t end there. We hear that the album is a surprise package that has a never-before element. The album will be available for the eager ears soon.

Directed by Bharat Bala, ‘Mariyaan‘ is a movie on survival, starring Dhanush. Parvathi Menon plays the lead lady in the film that comprises multiple emotions, on the script of a young man being abducted to the crude conditions of Namibia, and his fight for survival. The team will have their audio launch soon.

Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga creates a Record

While the summer season is flooded with more and more flicks hitting screens, the last week release ‘Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga‘ has spanned a whopping collection of Rs.10 Crore during the opening weekend (Good Friday, Saturday and Sunday). What’s more surprising for the Trade Pundits is the theatres having the same occupancy as on Sunday, which keeps the collection graph steady.

The film is directed by Pasanga fame Pandiraj and is produced by Escape Artists P. Madan with KE Ganavelraja of Studio Green releasing it.

The distributors and theatre owners are very much elated with the film’s response and this incredulous success has left every producer in town to desperately sign Pandiraj for their respective banners.

Tamanna openly complained on Ajay Devgn

We all know that Ajay is a chain smoker and this habit of the actor has been causing worries to our milk beauty as she is getting exposed to passive smoking. Hence, Tamanna has advised Ajay to quit smoking. Her words have come as a shocker to director Sajid Khan and to Ajay as well.

Usually, no one dares to comment or advice a star hero and that too on their personal habits but being a new bie in Bollywood Tammu should hold back her temper while talking to big stars, adds an insider. KV Anand's next project with Aish & Rajini!

Actress Aishwarya Rai is carefully waiting for a perfect film to stage her comeback post pregnancy and it seems that the actress has bagged one such opportunity. The film is said to be a Tamil-Hindi bilingual.

Sources in the know say that Aishwarya Rai will be playing the female lead in Rajinikanth's eagerly awaited project with director KV Anand and for sure this is unbelievable.

Sources add that Eros International will be producing the film which will have Rajinikanth playing dual roles. Eros International's chief financial officer India Kamal Jain has said that the production house has signed a film with Rajinikanth which will go on floors after Kochadaiyaan and Rana.

Well, this news needs an official confirmation and let us hope the information to be for real.
