South India’s veteran actor-writer-director P. Vasu of Chandramukhi fame has roped in Tollywood’s charming beauty Charmi to play the lead role in a heroine-centric Tamil film to be produced by BBS Studio.
Giving details of the film, producer Murarisetti Lakshman said, "The entire story of this untitled film runs in the backdrop of a college in Malaysia. Moreover, the film gives a good message that girls should be sent to college with affection and t5rust, not with suspicion. The film will have all kinds of commercial elements and we are sure it would attract all classes of audiences."
Music is by Vidyasagar, action is by Peter Haynes , while story, screenplay and direction are by P. Vasu. The other details of the film, including the title and hero will be announced soon.
Charmi is currently busy with two Malayalam films: director Kamal’s upcoming Aagathan opposite Dileep and superstar Mammootty’s Shaji Kailas directed Drona 2010.
